At Playblasting, we want you to be satisfied with the software you purchase.
Playblasting is a software brand operated by Jalin Film AB, Sweden. Purchases through our website are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Refunds and Payments
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Depending on your location and circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund or statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area and certain other countries may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible digital purchases within 14 days.
For digital content, this right may cease once access or delivery begins, provided the customer has given the legally required express consent and acknowledgement.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

4. Technical Problems
If a purchased product does not work as described, please contact our support team so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
If the problem cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle. Your rights regarding faulty or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.
5. One-Time Purchase Licenses
Some Playblasting products, including TabDumpr Pro, are available as one-time purchases with ongoing software licenses.
These purchases do not involve recurring subscription payments.
If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding paid license and Pro access may be revoked.
