Welcome to Playblasting. We create simple, practical software tools designed to make everyday tasks easier.
Playblasting is a software brand operated by Jalin Film AB, Sweden (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern the use of our website, software, browser extensions and related services.
1. Our Products
Playblasting offers free and paid software, including browser extensions, web applications and other digital tools.
Each product may have its own features, pricing, license duration and usage limits. These are described on the relevant product page and, where applicable, at checkout.
By downloading, installing or using our software, you agree to these terms. Additional product-specific license conditions may apply and will be clearly stated.
2. Free and Paid Software
Some products are available free of charge. Others offer optional paid features, one-time purchases or subscriptions.
Free versions may have limitations, such as the number of saved items or access to advanced features. Such limitations are described in the product.
All applicable prices, billing periods and license conditions are displayed before purchase.
3. Payments
Purchases made through our Paddle checkout are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller for these transactions and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, billing and refunds under its terms and applicable law.
Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
4. Software Licenses
When you purchase a paid software license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant product under its stated license conditions.
A software license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
License conditions may vary between products, including:
- Number of permitted devices or activations.
- License duration, including ongoing or fixed-term licenses.
- One-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.
- Access to updates and additional features.
Unless explicitly permitted, licenses may not be resold, shared publicly or distributed to third parties.
5. One-Time Purchase Licenses
A one-time purchase grants the customer an ongoing license to use the purchased product and its included features without recurring subscription fees.
Unless explicitly stated, the purchase does not include unlimited future upgrades, lifetime technical support or access to other products.
Software compatibility may be affected by changes to third-party platforms, browsers or operating systems. We will provide updates and remedies as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If a product or its licensing service is discontinued, we will take reasonable steps to preserve access to purchased functionality where technically feasible.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
6. TabDumpr Pro License
The following additional conditions apply specifically to TabDumpr Pro:
- Price: USD $9.99 as a one-time purchase, subject to the final price and applicable taxes shown at checkout.
- License type: Personal, ongoing license (one-time purchase).
- Devices: Up to three of the license holder’s own computers.
- Billing: No automatic renewal or recurring subscription charge.
- Features: Access to the Pro features described on the TabDumpr product page.
Activation may require a license key and an internet connection for initial verification. Once successfully activated, the included Pro features are intended to remain usable offline on that device, subject to the software’s technical requirements.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our software unlawfully, attempt to compromise our licensing infrastructure, distribute unauthorized copies or interfere with the operation of our services.
You may not remove or circumvent licensing restrictions except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
8. Privacy and Data
We aim to collect only the information necessary to provide our products, manage licenses and respond to support requests.
Individual products may process different categories of data. Their specific behavior will be described in our Privacy Policy or accompanying product documentation.

9. Updates and Availability
We may release updates to improve functionality, compatibility, performance or security.
Some features may depend on third-party services such as web browsers, operating systems or hosting providers. Changes to these services may affect product functionality.
We will take reasonable steps to maintain our products and fulfill our obligations under applicable law. A one-time purchase does not guarantee unlimited future feature upgrades or perpetual support.
10. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Purchases made through Paddle are subject to Paddle’s refund procedures, applicable consumer protection laws and any additional refund rights expressly offered for a particular product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights relating to withdrawal, faulty digital products or products that do not conform to their description.

11. Intellectual Property
Our software, designs, trademarks and related materials belong to Jalin Film AB or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Liability
We strive to provide reliable software. However, no software can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error in every environment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse, unsupported configurations or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, services or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing paid licenses will be communicated where required by law.
